We provide leading edge human resource expertise to companies who do not have senior level advisors in house. Some of our clients are start-ups looking to build their HR strategy from the ground up. Either way, at uptreeHR, we work with the client to build a foundation of people related policies and processes that are aligned with the company culture, leadership, and the business strategy. We may be called in for long term strategic projects or quick tasks such as employment contracts, policy development, or an employee termination. Furthermore, our legal expertise helps our clients minimize costs and avoid future litigation. We offer both hourly based consulting and project quotes for short term assignments. However, some of our clients requiring long term assistance take advantage of our economical retainer options. This gives them the opportunity to have leading edge expertise with someone they know, like, and trust without the cost of hiring someone full time. We are able to consult and advise on a variety of employee related issues and programs.
